Prostate problems occur when the gland becomes infected or swollen. The infection can occur directly in the prostate or can be a complication of a urinary tract infection. The most common condition of the prostate is benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It occurs in men over fifty years of age (but may occur earlier) due to hormonal imbalances, heredity, poor diet, nutritional deficiencies or hypercholesterolemia.

Instructions for use: We advise you to consume at least two large cups a day, preferably on an empty day, the ideal being either 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. For faster relief, take 3 cups a day.

PREPARATION: Measure in a pot enough water for the number of large cups (about 8 oz / 250 ml) you want to make and add 2 small teaspoons for each cup. Add 25% more water to compensate for evaporation. Do enough for a few days if you wish. Heat on a stove until it boils, then turn off the stove or put on low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove, stir and let the tea cool, then strain and pour into a pitcher.
