DESCRIPTION

Femina Flora delivers 10 billion probiotic cells per vaginal egg, which temporarily alter the vaginal flora to help create an environment conducive to the growth of healthy vaginal flora.

Femina Flora is a 10-day vaginal egg treatment formulated with four specific probiotics. These probiotics produce lactic acid which temporarily changes the pH of the vaginal flora. Healthy vaginal flora creates a more acidic environment for relief from chronic yeast and bacterial infections. The restoration of a vaginal pH normal inhibits the proliferation of Candida and other yeasts and opportunistic bacteria. Vaginal secretions have a pH of around 5.5.

Antibiotics, oral and topical contraceptives, as well as feminine hygiene products such as bubble baths can reduce the population of friendly vaginal flora; this therefore increases the susceptibility to infections. Femina Flora is a safe, natural, side-effect treatment option for healthy vaginal flora.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Adult Women: Insert 1 egg intravaginally daily before bedtime for 10 days until the end of the bottle or as directed by your health care practitioner. If taking antibiotics, use this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them. Gently twist the narrow part of the egg into the applicator until it is firmly inserted.
