Coconut flour can be substituted for up to 1/3 of wheat flour in standard recipes. Due to its high fiber content it absorbs a lot of liquid, so increase the amounts of liquid in the recipe. Since Nutiva flour is gluten-free it is necessary to add an egg, chia seeds or add tapioca flour to make sure it binds properly.
