RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Used in herbal medicine to help relieve urological symptoms (e.g. low urinary flow, incomplete evacuation of urine, frequent urination day and night) related to mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Saw palmetto is a palm native to North America, mainly located near the coasts of the Eastern Gulf.
It is an extremely hardy and long-lived plant. The maximum height of this palm tree is 10 feet.
Pumpkin seeds can help relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), a condition in which the prostate grows and can cause urination problems. Several studies in humans have shown that eating these seeds reduces the symptoms associated with BPH. There is also research that suggests that taking pumpkin seeds or their products as supplements can help treat the symptoms of an overactive bladder.
