DIVINE ESSENCE-BLACK SPRUCE
Chemotyped organic essential oil, 100% pure, natural and authentic.
The origin of its name comes from "spina" in Latin, which means thorn. Symbol of the boreal forest of America, it is one of the most widespread conifers of the Canadian forest, the northern United States and Alaska. It is particularly suited to significant variations in climate, characterized by low average annual temperatures and great thermal contrasts, marked by the seasons. In Canada, its first use is the exploitation for the production of pulp. Its wood, solid, straight and light, has long been used as structural timber. Spruce gum is harvested to make spruce beer, a beverage dating from the early days of the colony of New France.
Black Spruce essential oil is used in aromatherapy as a nerve tonic as well as to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, and rheumatoid arthritis.
DOSAGE Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply on the affected part, 3 times a day.
Inhalation (Nervous syst.): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.

If nausea, dizziness,headache or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed, damaged, irritated, sensitive skin or in case of dermatitis. Avoid exposing the treated areas to the sun. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
